[OSM-newbies] LPG sold in cans

LPG is LPG. LNG is LNG. LP is LP. I don't have a problem differentiating
between LPG, LNG, and LP. LP and LNG are not sold in South Korea.

The issue is that LPG is sold in metal bottles where you trade your empty
for a refilled one and sold as a vehicle fuel.
