Same here in Spain - you can get butane bottles delivered to your door, or
refill your (adapted) car with butane. I think it's pretty easy to tell apart
a place selling gas canisters[1] from a fuel station dispensing LPG.

However, there is a further problem: it can be quite common that a fuel
station *both* sells canisters and dispenses LPG for cars.
In this case, the fuel station, as in "fuel pumps" should be tagged separated
from the shop or mini-mart or whatever.
Jeffrey, I suggest that you move forward two tag proposals:
shop=LPG (canisters)
fuel=LPG (pumps)
While we're at the issue: what about fuel stations on south america[2] that
carry ethanol for cars? Seen quite a lot there...
