[OSM-newbies] JOSM instructions

You need to rightclick into the map and select "Load Tiles" from the
contextmenu. Only then the Slippy Map Plugin will start downloading
tiles and display them.
However, it doesn't download better quality versions when zooming in,
thus leaving you with some blurry and pretty much useless images in
the background. Maybe there's some way to get better quality images,
but I haven't found it yet. It should be possible, since the Slippy
Map Chooser does that as well.
