Hello there. You are doing the right thing! If the names are in greek then name:greek name. English as you have correctly stated. One thing. For name use what it on the sign posts. So for greece if you use the anglo greek of the actual greek alphabet. In other words use whet is on the ground.

I'm so far using Greek letters in the key:name and I see they render
properly on openstreetmap, while I put the english name in the key:name:en .
I've read in the wiki key:name that it's possible to use it the way I do.
I'm just interested to hear from more mappers. If you have any opinion on
this matter, I'm interested to hear it.
