Looking more into the InformationFreeway one you had the layer
selection set to Multihost. I don't know what this does, but my
guess is it gets the data from various sources. The problem seems to
be the Tiles at Home (Celso proxy) which seems to be returning sea
tiles for everything. The other tiles at home options all looked fine.
