[OSM-newbies] Dictaphone / MD recorder / MP3 recorder

One choice that may not be immediately obvious is your mobile phone.  
I've been using one for a few years with good results, has hands free  
so means a microphone right by your mouth and records to compressed  
files that I can then bluetooth to my laptop. Works really well for  
me. Doesn't offer any synchronisation features but that hasn't really  
been a problem.
