Not more than you see there. What are you looking for ?

In short QLandkarte it has more or less the same functions as mapsource.
QLandkarte has been discontinued in favor of QLandkarteGT.

QLandkarteGT has the same features as QLandkarte plus support
for "bitmap" maps, elevation data (Showing your tracks on the bitmap 
maps with a 3D relief)
