[OSM-newbies] resizing/changing josm fonts

Hello All,

I'm using JOSM latest on WinXP. In the OSM data layers, the
fonts used in the maps are unreadably small -- 4 point.  I can't
read any street names or annotations.

I can't find any mention of font size in JOSM preferences where
I can increase the size or change the font face.

So how can I change the JOSM fonts?
