It just creates two files - one for the tracklogs, and one with just
the waypoints (if you've added any waypoints on your GPS). The handy
thing about the script is that it names the files for you after the
current date, so that you don't need to worry about overwriting
"track1.gpx" or retyping the same thing in every time you download
more tracks.

Whatever works for you though!
