If you have aerial images, you can work out the land use.
My understanding of abutters is if you're driving through an
unfamiliar area mapping and there's residential on the street, you put
"abutters=residential" because you don't know the extent of how far
back the residential area goes; you can only see what's on the street
you're on.
Aerial images changes that...
