[OSM-newbies] Losing tags

Its easy to tell if the track log is recording or not. Go to the map view
(the eTrex H has a map view I think - just can't display maps) and you will
see your trace following behind you as you move. If the tracklog is turned
off you don't get a trace. That's how it works on my Legend anyway.
