[OSM-newbies] changing one node into a roundabout

Forget what I just said. The fastest way is to draw the roundabout, then
delete the old intersection node once the roundabout is drawn. That way,
*if* the roads *end* at the intersection, JOSM will trim them.

(If the roads don't end at the intersection, you'll still have to use the
"split" tool).
