[OSM-newbies] Proper tagging attributes

Okie Dokie... I have changed the lake and island into a multipolygon
with relationships. I am guessing that I still have to have the inner
polygon defined as a park, but I have removed the rest of the tags. I
guess I'll find out if that works by the middle of next week.

I had seen the multipolygon instructions before, but didn't quite
understand them. Now that I have a little more experience with
Potlatch, it makes more sense now.
