Where Tiles at Home was mentioned before - If you get your own copy from
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Tiles@Home you can run
./tilesathome.pl xy 758 1324 && ./tilesathome.pl upload
yourself, & see immediate (well, prompt..) results on the T at H layer.

I just set mine running for you..
