Osmarender should be well capable of handling those. The main problem
is, that the osmarender layer is generated by the distributed tiles at home
project, and wether or not some non-latin characters are rendered
depends on the fonts installed on the computer that's rendering the tile.
Unfortunately finding a reliable way to check for fonts cross-platform
is A Hard Problem.
