[OSM-newbies] gaps in map after editing

There are occasional problems rendering complex tiles (ie tiles with lots of
data) at the moment. As I understand the issue its caused by the client
rendering after the data download has only been partially successful. Look
around most of the big cities and you will see that quite often there is one
or two zoom 12 tiles with partially rendered data.

Requesting a rerender usually fixes it.
