It's not just that tile. Looking here

There seem to be a few which have rendered incorrectly.

Reply copied to Tiles at Home email list in case there is a client bug.
I'm about to try and manually render one of the tiles to see what
happens.

The tile details for the one you indicate (2047, 1364) - the one I'm
about to try rendering manually - are:
