In JOSM, it showed correctly. That mean at present, rendering in Hindi
is on possible on OSM.

is useless for me.
That mean now is time to have a few layers on OSM, to show different
languages, one may be English, other for Local language which at
country level show things in national language (Hindi for India), and
local languages at zoomed map (city and state level).
