If you were to ask for a specific model, I (and quite a few other
OSMers) would recommend the eTrex Legend HCx

They come with a built-in chunk of memory - used to be around 8-16Mb
(like on my Venture Cx) but I would imagine the newer ones are bigger.
But so long as it has an 'x' suffix to the model number, it'll also
take larger (e.g. 2Gb) microSD cards without problem.
