  Hi All,

  Is there a way to copy and paste a motor way?  I want to make all motor ways outside of cities 2 different ways instead of a single line. Most motorways are right next to each other so I would like just copy and paste and move it over and  edit the attributes.

JOSM has exactly this functionality, under the Edit menu.

I'm not sure about Potlatch
