I'd consider it to be reviewed for accuracy, and that the reviewed=no
should be removed, as long as you're sure that the roads you're marking
from aerial photos are accurate in alignment and current for your area.
Also, you might want to leave it marked as unreviewed if you're not
sure of the name or the classification (highway=*) of the road.
