Thanks for the suggestion, but this is much smaller scale. The river is only
about 3 metres wide here, and the blocks are too small to mark individually.
The crossing certainly isn't designated. Nevertheless this is a significant
crossing because it is the only way to cross onto a largish "island",
between two branches of a river. The other branch is rather bigger.
I want to mark this accurately with disabled users in mind. If it is just
marked as a footway (pathfoot was a typo?) then someone in a wheel chair,
for example, has no chance. Even an ordinary walker will want to be warned
that appropriate clothing and shoes are needed.
As far as I can see, we don't have a tag for this sort of thing. A new tag,
"stepping_stones" seems like an obvious choice?
