[OSM-newbies] Downloading specific OSM area to JOSM

I usually do minor changes like this in Potlatch. Switch to edit
mode, select the roundabout, click the reverse way direction button,
deselect roundabout to save changes. For mini-roundabouts, select
it, add direction=clockwise tag, deselect it.

If I were to do it in JOSM then I would probably paste the Permalink
for the area into the download option that allows it, having zoomed
out one or two levels before generating the permalink as I find
sometimes pasting the permalink for areas doesn’t give me sufficient
surrounding information.

Having said that, I don't know the routing service or whether you
can generate Permalinks in it.
