[OSM-newbies] Streets closed to vehicle traffic

highway=pedestrian is probably better -- it makes it clear it's a
roadway rather than a narrow footway.

put barrier=bollard on a node in the appropriate places, and tag the way
with access=no and the types of traffic that are allowed access, e.g.
taxi=yes
