[OSM-newbies] Canal Wharf?

I'd map this as an area (overlapping the 'centreline' way) with either  
landuse=basin or waterway=canal - plus boat=yes to make sure.

You can enter any tag you like in Potlatch. Just click the '+' button.

You can also store your favourite tag combinations as one of nine  
presets. Press ctrl-shift-3 (say) to store it in preset memory 3, then  
shift-3 to recall it at any time.
