There should be unsubscribe instructions on the footer of each list
message, plus this mailing list does follow the accepted standard of
repeating instructions in machine-interpretable form in the
Mailing-List-Unsubscribe header (so if you have a mail reader designed
and actively maintained in the last 10 years as opposed last actively
touched in the stone age of the 1990s, you should be able to go to
Message > Mailing List > Unsubscribe or similar).

Here's that header if you use a poorly supported mail reader or didn't
get the footer...
