[OSM-newbies] Difficulty in viewing OSM map - Where I'm up to (sadly)

I'm stumped. From the above it sounds like a problem with
OpenLayers-based maps, but then again the na1400 site uses OpenLayers.

I'm bamboozled, anyone else have any ideas?
