[OSM-newbies] Data entered in Potlatch doesn't appear in OSM

I think James might be onto something with the padlocks. If you move
slightly north of your above quoted URL and switch to edit mode in
Potlatch and press G to show GPS traces:

there are about 3 lines there, which I suspect are the ones that
Doug was trying to tag.
