[OSM-newbies] How to create object?

Thank you guys!
 I've readed some wiki and created tower. But placed it manualy.
Now new trouble, I can't upload map, could not authenticate me.
Which account i should use? I've registered at openstreetmap.org already and
use the same account in JOSM.
And what the hell password it doesn't shows anything when typing.
