You are re-visiting the old discussion: all those points were made and 
discussed. I wasn't a participant and take no particular view: I have 
been irritated by having to spend time thinking up a non-banal comment 
for trivial changes. Sometimes the previous comment is till appropriate 
or only needs minor adjustment and saves my time.

It is time to stop this thread isn't it? If people want to revisit the 
decisions, then re-open the original thread.
