Hey, Geo-change-up, that's a neat name!

I wouldn't have noticed if the name tag didn't have the English along 
with the Korean name. Would this be considered tagging for the renderer? 
I'd expect a localized renderer to look for a name:mylanguage tag and, 
failing that, a name:en tag, but I'd not expect taggers to squeeze a 
parenthesized latin letters version behind every nonlatin name.
