[OSM-newbies] tertiary dirt roads?

OK, I see the need for a new way to tag roads.
But can you tell us how you would address this need?
Give that baby a name.
Or document a sketch on your user page and post a referral.
And maybe the newbies list is not the right place for such a discussion?
