I think the signals need to be place at all junctions that hav them.
The criss-cross in the centre looks dangerous. Don't the N-S lanes run 
parallel?
& it appears you've removed the junctions to & from Hawkins Road for the 
West bound New Smizer Mill Rd

I would feel uncomfortable editing your work, seeing I haven't travelled 
it & only guessed from looking at areal photo's. Always best to DIY I think.
