I mislead you. Sorry. According to
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Map_Features#Highway
_links should be promoted to the highest highway type to which they connect.
So, I've changed them to secondary_links to match New Smizer. Sorry
again. I'm just getting used to being on newbies and will try to do
better next time.
I changed Rd to Road and Dr to Drive, per OSM tradition. ;-)
Looks like somebody already added traffic_signals to the four nodes.
I removed the fifth signal on a disconnected node.

Do understand that there are different ways to map that are correct.
A first-pass at mapping an area may be much simpler than a detailed
"micro-mapping", and different contributors have different styles.
I like to think of it this way:
- I do my best and so do other mappers.
- When I'm adding something new to the map I do what's right from my
perspective.
- When I see something from another mapper, I have to have an
overwhelming reason to change what they have done.
- Just because my style may be different is not enough to undo the
work of another contributor.
Your mileage may vary. ;-)
Have fun!
