[OSM-newbies] Map rendering for print

Yeah I also would like a way to export printable (vector) graphics for
larger areas. Or even better, shape-file export! A non-crippled
Geofabrik/Cloudmade export feature is what Im longing for. It is a
shame professional output still essentially is missing from the OSM
project. I put a lot of effort contributing to the data but I hardly
can get anything useful out of it. Yet. Still praying to the geek
goddess tho. :)
