Jeremy,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I don't know why I had
the grey tiles on my previous attempt, but by looking at the terminal
window output, I was able to find out why I was getting the "Exception
Occurred" red tiles. I had forgotten to reinstall the web-image kit
when I cleared JOSM and WSM out and started afresh. I installed
web-image in the same directory as josm-tested.jar, and, at this point,
all seems to be well.
