Thanks Lennard, that worked a treat.

I have two more questions. The road system as it now appears in  
Bangkok is a bit of a mess specially with elevated motorways  (which  
we have a lot of here). What's the best way to deal with these to fix  
them up. Is it a layer issue? (I'm using JOSM)

second question is there seem to be vast areas of central Bangkok  
labelled by land use commercial/retail etc. The notes on lots of them  
mention the source as Thai official zoning. In practice, Bangkok is  
one of the least zoned cities on the planet. There's not even such a  
thing as up-market suburbs really - everything bundled in side by side  
mostly, with one of two commercial centres. Question is, should I mark  
land use as really is and ignore the official classifications? It will  
give a better, more accurate view of the place.
