A "style" consisting of a thin vertical stone (perhaps some sort of
slate) is quite common in West Oxfordshire UK. These are typically a
little more than 1/2 metre in height, so can be stepped over by someone
without disability. It doesn't seem to be among those shown at
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/matthew.richardson/gatesandstilesofthebritishisles/gallery.htm
So if such a tagging scheme is adopted, it probably needs a type
variant, maybe type=solid or type=stone.
