[OSM-newbies] one way for cars, two way for bikes

cycleway=opposite  ==>  cyclists travel *on the street* in the opposite 
direction

cycleway=opposite_lane  ==>  cyclists travel *in a seperated lane on the 
street* in the opposite direction

cycleway=opposite_track  ==>  cyclists travel *on a seperate track next 
to the street* in the opposite direction
