[OSM-newbies] one way for cars, two way for bikes

Is that tagging scheme preferred to using oneway:bicycle=no or 
bicycle:oneway=no? (I actually set both)
A few month ago it seemed to be the recommended way to tag roads that are 
oneway for car but not for bicycle.
In the subproject for Belgium (that's where I live) it still seems like a 
good choice, cf
