Where I live (Nashville, Tennessee, USA), it is common for major streets to have two or more lanes in each direction, plus a turn lane down the center that can be used by traffic going in either direction. Some, but not all, of these streets are mapped as a pair of single-direction ways. In such a case, should the shared turn lane be mapped as a third, non-directional way?
Should be a single, oneway=no way.
