Some sites using OSM data are using popups but for a different
purpose.  See openstreetbugs.org as an example.

The main osm site will show you data for your selected object.  Turn
on the data layer in the layer switcher (Blue "+", top right)

If that data you seek (parking fees) are in the data base, then will
be displayed.
