[OSM-newbies] Highway Intersections with minor roads

Most people wouldn't consider this a distinct "type of intersection".
Just have the roads cross each other, with a shared node at the
intersection.  I suppose if you want to indicate something about how
the lesser road is wider near the main road (or vice versa), you could
split it some distance on either side of the intersection, resulting
in 3 different ways.  Then the "middle" way would get some tags
indicating a greater physical width or number of lanes, as
appropriate.  But most people wouldn't bother.
