[OSM-newbies] Turn OFF unreviewed-tiger highlighting in JOSM?

It's supposed to be a little intrusive, though. Please do delete the 
tiger:reviewed tag when you confirm/fix a road, so people don't end up 
doing duplicate work. Some people seemingly either don't know or forget to 
do this.
