[OSM-newbies] Haiti Street Name Data for Outside PaP

[Al Haraka]

Are other's using some tried and true methods for this?  If not, do we think
there is a way to get data in.  I saw work by an outstanding OSM member on
how to incorporate some USMIL map data for names inside PaP, but it does not
appear to extend outside of the city.  Correct me if I am wrong.
