[OSM-newbies] Separating Streets

Kevin,

Select the node where you want to split the way (line).  In the bottom
left of your screen, there is a button with a scissors on it.  If you
click this button, it will split the street into two parts.  You can
then edit the attributes of the two resulting street segments.
