[OSM-newbies] How do I enter a Canadian address so its search-able?

Current database of the Nominatim search is from March 2nd (See top
center here: http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/
I guess you are referring to
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/597832654 though which is an
older entry. When I search in Nominatim for "K1E3P6, Canada" I get a
result and it looks like the correct location for me. Keep in mind that
"ca" is not a country name.
