width= # width in metres
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:width

surface= # description of surface

Obstructions are less obvious. Perhaps revise the width to reflect
the usable width where branches overhang? Perhaps the sac_scale for
hiking difficulty?

Perhaps use the traffic calming tags for inspiration? And mark a rare
narrow point with traffic_calming=pinch ?
