[OSM-newbies] Disturbing boundaries in FOSM

This would be a useful feature in most editors. Very often boundaries
of that kind get in the way of mapping, because they constantly cross
other features like roads, making it hard to click on things.

(Sorry I don't know about fosm specifically)
