[OSM-newbies] Entering data with published latitude and longitude

I thought I saw a way to do this in JOSM recently but I don't recall
exactly how.  I think it was a menu option or something to create a
node at given lat/lon and that sounds like just what you're looking
for, so... I guess my advice is to look at all the menu items and see
if one of them does it.  Hopefully someone more familiar with JOSM can
pinpoint this feature for us.
